This place has been on Main Street in East Greenwich for many, many years, so they must be doing something right. A nice, downtown family restaurant serving up home-style American food. I thought the prices were just a tad high for what you get, but the decor and atmosphere are nice and the staff seemed to be pretty friendly. If you're in the mood for a nice, cool meal, try the lobster salad sandwich for $7.95. If you're in the mood for a nice, hot meal, they have meatloaf, turkey, stuffing, and mashed potatoes, and the usual fare. The Kent has a fairly sizable menu, so you're pretty sure to find what you're looking for.
